Issues with Code being Applied to Freedom Account
Hi everyone! Has anyone had success with getting a code applied to their Freedom account AFTER purchase?
I had a code to use at the time of purchase, but store clerk could not find the promo type as an option on their screen so I was advised to call customer service as they would apply the code.
I went back and forth with Customer Service who said that they cannot add codes over the phone and that it had to be done in store.
After some more back and forth with the store, I still have no code applied to my account. It's currently being escalated, but this is rather frustrating and it's certainly not a good first experience with this company. Any insight on what I should do other than cancel my plan and find a new provider, LOL???!!!
