Issues with Shippsy

Recently purchased something from US to be getting in Canada through Shippsy.
I didn't have SHP# on address line but that was always the case with my previous shipments and yet everything arrived on time.
Package was delivered by UPS to Shippsy warehouse last Friday 9 AM in the morning and yet package is nowhere to be seen on my dashboard.
At first when I contacted shippsy they confirmed they got the package but said because of SHP# missing it might take an extra day or so to find in the warehouse.
After that shippsy simply refuses all my attempts to contact.
Calling 1-800 number noone answers
Leaving voicemail noone returns it
Sending email noone responds
Trying to establish chat session "Noone is available"

Seems my account is ghosted. I guess I got to admit the loss of item. It was $200 worth of electronics inside :(
Such a horrible experience.
