Issues with Ufile and the Mandatory Password Change

Is anyone here having issues with it? Any workarounds so far? I have used Ufile for more than 10 years and this is first year having any issues with them.

I see a lot of people complaining on their support website. People are having issues doing the actual reset and issues getting the email once the reset is done.
