I'd be willing to try it if they didn't charge for installation, modem or anything else. Heck, I'd even pay 5$ more per month.

I just don't think paying $ upfront for a service I'm not familiar with is worth it. Especially since installation fees are non-refundable.

I am not sure how these ISP can still afford offering such low prices when u see companies such ebox and teksavvy facing major issues due to wholesale internet new prices not being applied.

To me either quality will not be there or there is something I am not following...

Also owner of IVT Comm is the same as CIK. So before switching, I would strongly advise reading more on this forum about CIK and quality of its service

Ya what's up with the prices? 100-120mbps packages are not less than $60-$65 anywhere today.. Whereas Videotron had 400mbps on special for $65 last year.

Interesting.

The website says they won't increase the price (for years 2 and onwards.)

Also, not sure if there are other charges or if these are included in the initial set up price (see FAQ). It is worth confirming for those who are interested in this plan.

6. How much do I need to pay for my order?

New customer first time order payment will include the following:

Processing fee for service activation
Shipping fee
Equipment Charge- optional, depend on plan requirement
Prepay service fee – optional, depend on plan requirement
Service deposit – optional, depend on plan requirement

$550-ish / month.

Count yourself blessed, residential folks.
Surely, that is for a dedicated fiber drop? Totally different beasts.

Is it better than cannet? Do they do throttling? When ppl are home during peak , my current isp cannet limits my speed to 2 Mbps down. I'm going to switch if anyone can confirm this is not an issue here.
