I was looking at these two cars. What do you guys think in terms of reliable? Thanks!

50,000 KMS
Warranty until 80,000 KMS

2012 BMW Alpina B7
155,000 KMS
Warranty until 200,000 KMS

first ... gather up all service record, at least check to see what kind of issue(s) these cars may have in the past.

What kind of asking price for them ?

Jag - $50,000
BMW - $38,000

Thanks for the reply!

cheaper at Pfaff TCBMW and with lower mileage.
Great. Thanks!

I just purchased the Carproof report for the BMW I mentioned. Should have waited. :( Only thing listed under history is inspection completed, tire replaced, windshield. Shouldn't the service history list anything else oil changes?

I'll contact TCBMW.

If the owner did all the services (incl. any warranty servicing), then the dealer should be able to print it off for you to see (but not to keep). Besides, as with any used car purchase, get your own mechanics to do the PPI as well to ensure everything checks out.

I don't think the one listed by TCBMW is an Alpina B7 - but just a regular 750Li

Lol.

Since the Jag has lower kms, I was leaning towards it.

Or maintenance would cost the same on either one?

I would assume the B7 would be much more than the Jag, but could be wrong cause Jag is $$$$, so I think B7 would be $$$$$$

Sorry but both are too old.
Almost 4 year old Jag would be ok for a year before it starts showing some age. While the BMW is already 150k + km. Bad Idea. Lease a 340 C43 S4. Forget about third party warranty. Also hope youre not financing them.

Thanks. I'll look into the other models.
