Jamsolar ad?
Anyone recently received ve one of these papers on their door? Appears to offer free solar and a cheaper energy bill. Never heard of them before so Im cautious about this.

Throw it away.
If you want solar do it yourself on your own terms. These companies use your house and pay you pennies on the dollar.
There's a large thread on microfit in the finance section, have a read through there.

They want to rent your roof, and typically any damage caused is your responsibility while they keep most of the profit while throwing you a bone.
In fact in Rand McNally they wear hats on their feet and hamburgers eat people
