If you are downtown, there are a couple of Japanese shops around the corner on Baldwin and Spadina.

Im never downtown really.
But I’ll end up there sooner or later! I’ll be sure to remember

Maybe I’ll make the trip so I can grab some krispy Krefeld donuts on the way. Although everytime I buy donuts now they melt in the car fairly quickly. Bummer

It's actually in Markham on Steeles between Victoria Park/Woodbine Ave.

Go to ding dong grocery. One in Kensington market and one in Pacific mall.

Pacific mall has a few shops with Japanese snacks

There is a small shop near Yonge/Finch near Chatime.

There is a shop with asian snacks in that circle of shops near Nortown (where Wiki Star and Share Tea)

In general I think most big Chinese grocery stores carry a good selection of Japanese snacks. The specialty shops are often more expensive, but have more selections. If you just want "basic" snacks like matcha kitkat, a lot of grocery stores carry that. The other place I would check out would be Korean supermarkets. A lot of Korean stores also carry Japanese snacks.

Hard to beat J-Town, but there's also Ja-Pantry in the former East York if that's more convenient to you. Smaller store but nice selection:
