I would think it's because there's a high concentration of people in a relatively small space. People will go ape shyt, creating hype which becomes advertisement but dont quote me..

Extremely high amount of people = easy advertising and they run out of stock within a few hours so they can go home early

Where exactly is the Union Sample kiosk? It's easy to get lost in Union station.

Located toward the York concourse. Lineups were long when I walked past.

Passed by this morning and didn’t bother because line up was huge. On the way home dropped by around 530pm... still long line but it goes by super fast.

It’s in the york concourse where the Tim hortons is... on the way to and from GoTrain Union to TTC Union

The stand is in the middle of the hallway by the new wvrst. You'd think people have never seen food before though... ladies clawing at the bags trying to snatch extras.

Takes about 5 minutes to get through the line because they are waiting for the boxes to arrive from some other location. Once the boxes of chocolate arrive, it takes about 1 -2 minutes

If you go midday (I went at 3) the line up took about 30 seconds. I imagine it'll take a fair amount longer during rush hour

Ended up with 5 bags since I work next door to union station and also take the subway. Each time what was in the bags were slightly different. That sample booth has had some amazing giveaways previously. The busiest times are when people are going to work so 7-930, lunchtime 1130-2 and on the way home 4-6. The lines generally move fast so don’t let the amount of people scare you. During the morning rush and the after work rush, they have at least 2 - 4 different lines.

Was walking by today around 6pm and stumbled upon it. Got one of the last ones. If you’re not a big fan of Kinder (and I’m judging you for it :P), it’s also great stocking stuffer! I wish they didn’t change the eggs though :/
