Update on Refurb. artisan Stand mixer (Chrome) order placed early May 2020;

Per Customer Rep:
- Order still in good standpoint
- Order will be filled once shipment comeS in;
- Interest point shared, delay was due to each Refurb is rebuilt from ground up;

Don’t know when I will get it, but sounds like is only a matter of time! Cheers!

i spoke to customer service a couple of days ago and they also said that my order was still good and he mixer (chrome) is on back order. She said i can expect a wait of another 4 to 6 weeks.

Where in Canada are you? I am in the GTA and my black refurb was estimated to arrive May 25 - May 26 but I've yet to receive it or get a shipping notice...

They helped me switch the color to white .they said white is instock now . And I will get tracking number next week

Order still in "received", was expected for 30JUN2020 - 01JUL2020, Onyx Black colour. Chatted to confirm it could be another 4-6 weeks (though they also said this back in the beginning of July), so hopefully shipped within the next few weeks.

I ordered the black as it as the only colour in stock at that time, but was able to use Chat to switch the red, the original colour I wanted. Confirmed red is also backordered, so no change in shipping time, but did not ask about switching to a faster colour.
