This is how I got the coupon pop up to appear:
Entered code: HAPPYANNI
Got an error saying "Your cart does not meet the qualification...."
5 seconds later, coupon pop up appeared saying get 10% off, and just click redeem, auto applied to cart.
This all happened 2 mins prior to posting.

The first time , I just emptied the cart and it did NOTHING, no 10% pop up. By the way, it is not HTML so we can't find the link in our browser history and it's a ONE TIME USE coupon.

I have a plastic one I got for free 3 yrs ago when kitchenaid was doing a promotion of giving those away with lift mixer purchases.
It's still in a box and I haven't used it yet

above method worked for me. thank you. FYI I tried reusing the code that showed up in cart on a different order it did not work.

So strange.. When I was logged into my account it wouldn't let me order. I had to order using a different browser, create a guest account and used another email address? Who knows.. Thanks OP.
