Don't know if this is a repost. But right now Kits.com is offering a free pair of glasses to first time buyers. Might need to sign up for account, but I haven't received any promotional emails yet. All their eyeglasses are 99 and all sunglasses are 129.

Code FREEKITS effectively takes the cost of one pair of glasses off the total. You still have to pay shipping.

Experience from my order. The frame I ordered was really good. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and I do not recommend their sunglasses lenses because the inner side reflectiveness hurt my eyes, but the frame was lightweight, made in Italy and seemed they would last a good while. I also only recommend getting eyeglasses or non prescription eyeglasses (for looks to to be filled by another optician) because then you would only have to pay shipping. With the sunglasses you have to pay the difference of 30 (USD) plus tax plus shipping. They are a small company so denied my request for a return label. I am just going to take out the lenses and use the frame at my regular optician.

They only accept one promo code per order. Also, Canadian orders ship from Richmond BC so I got mine in 3 days (Gibsons BC).

Came out to $14.70 total (shipping cost) for Toronto - far cheaper than what Goggles4U, Clearly or whoever else charges - let's see how it holds up.

No free AR coating? Isn't AR coating kinda necessary....?

Looks like you can't get a prescription on the sunglasses.

OP says his order shipped from Richmond, BC, Canada.
Not sure if that applies to all orders.

they are shipping for $14. Also if you meant manufacturers to the vendors or what ever middleman, they ship huge packages and if you rounded the cost to per pair it wouldn't be 5 dollars a pair.

Loving all the $15 RFD deals lately. Rakuten ends up making Chef's Plate and HelloFresh $15 each after $15 cashback, now glasses for $15 shipping.
