KJ Foods products doesn't have "best by" label

I was going to buy these products, but I noticed that all of the packages do not have a "best by" label. similar products from other companies are also on the freezer shelf, and have clearly labeled "best by" dates. I have a higher chance of getting food poisoning than winning the lottery, am i rite?

Frozen items like those dont require best before dates. Manufacturers sometimes voluntarily put them and even then I doubt you'd get food poisoning eating them months after that date.

We really need a best before thread here, in the past couple decades they have become more of a psychological thing rather than about freshness and food safety.

my friends and i ate some past due instant noodles at one of their houses and after mentioning it "expired" a month ago, 3 of them instantly got a stomach ache
