Pretty decent deal on this Makita 36V Track Saw. Excellent reviews on this model and Makita in general.

Includes free 55" Makita track - (Presently $79.95) and Makita Rail Clamps (Presently $39.99) - So $119.94 in free gear.

As someone who is heavily invested in Milwaukee - this was enough to get me on board. KMS also has their two pack of 4.0AH batteries for $139, which I bought to get this thing running.

You could also do a price match and beat if you already have track (Home Depot's price is $529 - after price beat is $449). KMS would not match the Home Depot's price (their excuse was the free items). I tried!

That’s a great deal on this saw. Great find.

I have a Bosch wired track saw and paid about this amount 18 months ago which I thought was a smoking deal at the time.

I would have liked cordless but it wasn’t really an option for me at the time.

I love the track saw. It’s just an awesome tool. I have a big 240V Unisaw and never use it for big sheet goods anymore. The track saw is just that useful.

That said, my Bosch is 6.5” as well and if you are trying to undercut a thick slab at an angle it won’t get through it. It’s easily finished with the Japanese saw in that case and is well worth the savings compared to the obscenely expensive Festool 7.5”.

Also note here that you need two of those 55” sections to get the most out of the saw (lengthwise rips on 8’ sheet goods)

Batteries and charger not included. Perhaps a good deal if you already own Makita batteries and charger.

I own this track saw with a 55" and the 118" guide rails. Awesome saw!! Festool tracks are also interchangeable with makita's

KMS has the 118" track on sale for $179. Price match homedepot for an extra 10%.

KMS also has the 40V Makita XGT plunge saw for $449 (listed as $499 MAP but if you ask they will quote $449 by email). No track though, so if you want the XGT model with a 55" track you would be better off getting one of the $549 saw + track kits out there (e.g. at Atlas).
