Is anyone using the price matching support with this card? Is it any good? Do you find it handles price drops well (such as with Canadian Tire that typically rotates their sale items weekly)?

Visa debit option is enabled after you receive your physical card and activate it. I see it now

You mean the e-transfer into koho from tangerine?

You need to make sure you DONT do their tangerine email money transfer , and send it as an interac e-transfer. That way worked for me

Anyone knows if the referral 1% stack on top of my sign up 1% CB bonus? Basically would I get 2.5% instead of 1.5% if I refer my friend? Or it's just 1% but for xxx more days after my original sign up 1% bonus expires.

Koho doesn't charge any fees on their end, but you might get charged by the ATM. They use the Visa ATM network, not Exchange, so I am not sure where it works. But you can just transfer the money to an account with another bank that gives you free ATM withdrawals.

MUCH cheaper. Koho doesn't charge for bill pay or etransfers. Koho and Paypower are not similar at all. Koho is basically a free bank account that gives you a prepaid visa card with 0.5% cashback (1.5% for 90 days if you are referred by someone). If you decide to get a Koho account, don't buy the $80 card at a convenience store because you won't get the extra 1% cash back for 90 days.

Anyone have an issue with the KOHO app when you tried to unlock the physical card, it still appears as "locked"?

Sometimes, I occassionally lock my card to prevent unauthorized transactions (even if the card is in my posession), but I still use the virtual portion of the card (not just for mobile wallets, but for online shopping).

You can try the premium plan for 30 days/1 month without any risk.

After the 30 days, then you have the option to pay either by year (around $84 annually) or by month (usually around $7 to $8).
