I spoke with Koodo and they said the add on does not exist. I escalated it to the supervisor and the supervisor said they will copy the plan details and honour the package details if I can prove my “friend” has it. Would someone on the $35 plan with the 10GB add on private message me their phone number :)

That’s interesting. A supervisor willing to apply it if they can see how it’s done on another account.

Cuz usually this is suppose to be the ones that got the text are eligible and that’s it.

Lmao you are ridiculous.

You never got the text so you decided to call in and bitch about it * AND THEN escalated the issue to a supervisor...

Yeah... I don't think you should bring more attention to your account if you're on a loophole plan. Sounds like a trap.

Be better to ask for a copy of the text instead of someone's phone number. I'm sure there's some screenshots in this thread

I wouldn't have gone this far. It only prevent these loopholes from being closed.

There was a person on the "Sportchek Clearance" thread. Who called in about their order and asked the operator to apply 1 code. Then asked to apply another code which was "Take5". Then the operator did something. So the rest of the other people weren't able to stack the "Take5" code.

1 persons greed ruins it for the rest of us.

Sorry I should have been more clear. I received the text message but they couldn’t add it to the $35 plan because a data add on can only be added to a plan with data.

You didn't follow the instructions and now you're trying to ruin it for everyone.
You should be banned.

When you get the text message, you reply with the code.
You wait approx. 20 minutes until everything is confirmed.
Then you change to $35 plan.

You were supposed to accept the offer then change plans. You might be out of luck, you can only change plans once per billing cycle.

True, but you loose the option of assigning the 10gb/$15 add-on (that you did not subscribe to) to a lower priced plan if one does come up. I will still retain all those options you presented in the future if I want to cancel the add-on.

When was the last time the $25 plan was available? Back around BD, it was available but no data add-on was allowed. I had already got the $14 for 15GB add-on but couldn't get the $25 plan.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Guilty and it appears to be the same. No the add on wasn't lost. They said I'd still be able to add whatever tab I wanted to didn't say I was limited to a small but I don't plan on changing my phone anytime soon (still on a tab). Was previously on the $60/12gb won't lie you guys kind of have me second guessing that future tab now.
When did you receive your add-on? Also back on BD, they attached a condition to these data add-ons saying you'd lose it if you change your plan.

I got the $15 - 10gb and $10 - 4gb offer. They text me 3 times on that offer. I am stuck at home and have no use for data. In fact they should waive my data charge LOL

Text offer first received on Apr 15 and another text yesterday. Add-on was instantly added to the account.

Received text on the 15th. I asked them prior to if it would work. I didn't do it myself. Well the add on I did. But I had a rep on the phone with me the entire time assuring it was fine

I finally got this offer on my wife's line but I shot myself in the foot by being too frugal. (CHEAP!) She doesn't really need the extra data now but will when things blow over so I decided to save some $$ and wait until the 29th before replying to the text. Of course... I FORGOT to do it yesterday!! Tried it this morning but got the response, "this offer no longer available". Guess I'm going to save even more that I had planned. Oh well, you win some... ;) LOL
