Here’s a thread for the Wow prepaid CC amounts:

http://forums.redflagdeals.com/koodo-wo ... s-2215952/
That thread doesn't include all of the options for WOW medium tab plans. They have a few phones on clearance with an extra set of gift cards, including the iphone 6, LG G6, and A8. I went in and just asked them the best possible phone on a medium tab.

Has anyone who IS a PM customer but didn't get the text able to convince them to give them the offer anyway?
I did qualify for the $45/8 last week but it's not letting me for this one. Tried calling but was told there was nothing they could
do as the number isn't in the database for the promotion.
if you call customer service and ask nicely and get denied, ask for supervisor. A few have posted here that Koodo made the change after speaking with supervisor.

Question. If I switch to koodo on Sep 4th online, is the charge effective from Sep 4th or from the date I put Koodo SIM card in my phone?

Who cares? Honestly, I don't even pay attention to downvotes.
I guess I do. I thought we are supposed to rate the deal, not the sour grapes because other carrier brand customers can't get it. This deal has opened up a lot of doors with pricing at $35 for 5GB. It's the first time that any of the major brands have offered a plan below $40. This will shape expectations going forward.

What if we chose to add a new line when given the option while ordering?
Same thing. Never call unless you want full inspection of what you are doing. How hard is it to do self serve? We have been dispensing gas for decades.

I've got my sim about 4 days ago but haven't received my activation email. Are they guaranteed to send it to everyone? I haven't even received my shipping confirmation email. Only order confirmation.
How do I get the deal if I have a non PM number?
Thanks,

What’s the amount of the prepaid CC at Wow on the A8? On a Tab medium of course.

Thanks!

I initiated a PM to Koodo migration on Friday. I received an order confirmation number but now I would like to go to Walmart and get a phone on a TAB. Is it too late for me to get the Walmart deal?

Does anyone know if the $15 credit for 12 months (aka the $180 credit) is before or after taxes? Below is assuming I get a new phone on a Tab medium.

As in my monthly bill is $35 + $15 Tab medium charge -$15 credit, so essentially $35 + 13% HST = $39.55 per month.

Or is it $35 + $15 Tab medium charge, so $50 + 13% HST - $15 = $41.50 per month.

Thanks!

Can't decide if I should switch to 35/5gb or stay with PM for now. I don't currently need more than 4 or 5 GB per month. There might be a better migration offer in the future, but maybe I'll end up stuck with something worse. I don't get any referral credits with PM, but I'm paid up until October. With the $180 credit from Koodo I'll still end up with $96 after subtracting what I've already paid to PM, and then after 12 months $35 with Koodo will be the same as what I would pay PM, even with 3 years of loyalty rewards. After what's happened this year, there's always uncertainty about Public Mobile going forward.

I think I'll order my Koodo sim today =)

EDIT: I already have a referral, thanks

$150 for all activation plus an additional $50-$150 depending on the phone at WOW. The A8 was $200 I believe, so an extra $50 ontop of the $150 offer [these are all medium tab bonus rates]

Thanks! This doesn’t touch the $350 GC from Walmart though for the A8 on Tab medium. Best to go to Walmart then.
