When I tried to checkout it gave me an error that it's already used up and removed the infringing item from my cart. Except it didn't, and I checked out anyways. I just switched to koodo yesterday. My account still shows $0. Guess I'll have to wait a bit . Although the bill didn't show up in the written contract that Walmart gave me.

Has anyone successful got the $40/8gb plan being not eligible for the $40/8gb plan but eligible for the $45/8gb plan? Considering one has not signed up for $45/8gb plan.

Has anyone able to switch from 6GB promo to 8GB promo plan today via calling and not adding 2nd line? I'm told this is no longer possible.

I think your friend is already on Koodo and the text he got is for data addons to his plan. This thread is for Public Mobile customers who received a migration offer to Koodo.

I'm in the same boat. I also have the Koodo $40 for 6GB plan, when I switched from Public Mobile's $40 for 4.5GB plan. Although I did get a text for the $45 for 8GB plan, I didn't want it.
I'm a bit upset that now Koodo is offering a $40 for 8GB plan, but not for existing Koodo users.

Question, I want to do the switch from PM to Koodoo but don't want to waste what I've already paid (since PM doesn't do refunds).

So my next payment is Sept 18 while this offer goes until Sept 4 (according to my text). Is there any way to get Koodoo to start when my PM ends?

I think the system auto charges for any account changes made by an agent. When an agent does make a change, make sure to include getting the $10 waived before ending the conversation.
