Dumb question that may have already been answered. If I were to say buy this plan from someone on BST, could I port my Bell number in, or would I have to do some weird porting out to PM first and then in to Koodo? Or maybe this isn't at all possible.

The Thread Summary states that adding a second line at Walmart using the PM to Koodo migration offer can get you the $40 8GB plan plus using another promo code to add 2GB to effectively get $40 10GB.

Is this actually possible as it involves stacking two promo codes?

Apparently not.

Please help... my sim card arrived and then I received the activation email.
But when I try to login to self serve, it says
You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved

I had the same problem when I signed up with koodo. Apparently the only way to fix this issues is to call them. When did you order your sim?

I guess it's a bit better to get the 180 credit but the plan mattered more. Obviously ymmv for everyone but perfectly legit offer recipients.

I'm not going to watch this thread any more but congrats and good luck to all. Thanks RFD

What is BST?

Aug 17th, it was actually for the $45/8GB plan.
Can I just go to the kiosk? I don't want to be on hold for 2hrs.

Ah ic. Thanks I found it but probably won't pay for one. I wonder if I switch from Koodo to PM would I still have a chance to take a shot at future migration offer?

You have an existing Koodo account. Log into self serve and change the email address for the old account to some different email address. Make up a disposable email address if needs be.

If you try and use the code again there won’t get the $180 credit.

Thanks. So I could use it for myself with my PM number to get the $180 and the plan and then use the same code again for my wife to get her just the plan and then port her number once I receive the activation email.

I should choose port during both transactions right ?

I have another PM sim that's not activated yet should I activate it and port her number to PM first just to be safe ?

I was just wondering, how long do you get to keep the promo? Is it 6 months then koodo change it back to regular subscription?

Everyone here who is signing up is expecting to keep the plan for as long as they want. There is no expiry date so far as we know

The loophole has been fixed. You can no longer use the same code twice to get the 2nd line without the $180 credit.

If you can order the sim online your chances of porting in your Bell number are very good. You should be able to port in directly once your Koodo account is activated. Just do it yourself online. Don’t call in
