I don't want to sign. Such a hassle. They can put it in the mail box. It's safe there. The only concern is they make a mistake and put it in the wrong mail box.

Got shot down Sunday trying to add 2GB to $40/6GB so taking all lines off Koodo (don't need 8GB but not going to pay the same for less).

No ways around it.
I also missed the delivery, but tried asking the post lady via my Ring Pro doorbell to put it in my garage and she apologetically said no.

I got my bill today and it shows the $180 credit which is great. But it also seems to gave charged me an extra $35 - I signed up on the 25th and this bill is from the 25th to 31st and soni have a partial charge for $7 which makes sense. But then on top of that it charges me my regular $35 monthly fee for that same time period?

There we go .... and thats why hated post paid services... PM prepaid was so simple and I never had to look into a damn bill
My wife's PM was switched from PM to Koodo on 26 Aug,,,
In her self sever its showing a BIll from Aug 26 to Aug 31 and asking to pay $65.04
Here are details
Monthly charges
$15 P2P Credit 12 months* -$15.00
Connection Fee $30.00
$35 5GB Unltd min Plan SFD $35.00
Additional data $7/100MB SFD
Shock-free Data 5GB
Unlimited SMS and MMS
Partial charges
$35 5GB Unltd min Plan SFD (Aug 26 To Aug 31) $5.83
Taxes $9.21
Billed total $65.04
Now what to do ... The connection fee is fine .. The WOW had it on paper that it will be given back in second bill cycle but whats this $5.83 etc...
So are we now in endless cycle of checking bills every month and calling customer service......

I think I keep getting confused what exactly postpaid means I guess - I thought a prepaid plan like you have on Public Mobile would charge ahead for the month of September, but a postpaid plan like this would send you a bill for your September usage at the end of September?

I opened a new account with Koodo after I received one of the recent migration offers from Public Mobile to Koodo. I took the offer of $180 credit ($15 per month for 12 months) and $35 for 5GB. I've just been told that I'll be getting a work line, paid for through work, and its basically unlimited everything. I'm looking to transfer this line to my cousin. Will the $180 credit be transferred as well and what about the referral credit? I was referred by someone. Will these credits both be transferred to my cousin when takes over the line or will they be gone? I've heard that when a line is transferred, there is a new account number and I'm worried this will make the credits disappear.
