What risk, no contract with this offer ?
I think he means that every dollar spent on the Public Mobile account is a risk as there might be no return if a good migration offer doesn't happen. The way I see it, if this is a concern then port to Public Mobile. The data is usable and the plan pricing is competitive. The only thing you can't do is brag about how fast the data speed is. This is something I won't do unless my provider pays me to advertise for them.

I signed up online, it shows on my order email but account info doesn't show it. I guess I will find out when I get my first bill.

I would suggest just waiting until the offer expires so that call volumes go down and it's easier. If all else fails, you can either port to PM or make a new PM account and wait for the next migration offer. I think the best offers are going to come on Black Friday, whether that's migration or something else, we'll find out. The $60/10GB deal from last year is looking bad now and last year it was amazing.
I am banking on a killer offer also come year end. I never liked the $60 plan no matter how much data it came with. The price point is way too high. Given how Koodo has made us addicted to ever improving migration deals, anything that doesn't at least match the current offer isn't gonna cut it.

Thanks in advance! I have just signed up my PM number for the $40 8gb plan. My kids also qualify. I was referred by my brother. What’s the best way to go about getting the kids on This plan? Do I need to do a new account for each with credit check or should I go in store and do it there? I’m assuming I can’t add a line online as I don’t have an active line yet.
It's easier to put all the lines into one account. Just order from within the existing account if it's already set up. If not you can do account merging later.

My friend got a 365 number in Toronto. I had to google,to even know where that was. It’s the 3rd 905. Like 905/289/365
Do people still care? After entering a number into my contacts it basically dissappears, all I see is that persons name when I want to call them?

In fact, how many phone numbers have you memorized after your childhood? For most adults the answer is zero. Hell, most adults don't even know their own number by heart.

You subscribe to a $40 Public Mobile plan and wait for the next promo, when/if it comes.

Can I use a $ 50 koodo referral on top even if 1) I'm porting over and 2) Activating a walmart offer

PS: Grabbing 2 lines. So umm $100 + 2 GCs + 2 phones with one PM port.
