Were you able to port numbers from any carriers or just PM numbers?
I only did Public just to make less suspicious
But some were accounts that were days old
Koodo $40 Canada Wide + 8GB + 1000 Intl LD
Public $120 Province Wide + 12GB - $6 Autopay - $12 Loyalty - $45 Refer = $19 per Month
Freedom $35 ($37-BTS) North America Wide + 8GB + 1GB Roaming

how did you pay $10 and get this plan? Does it work for new PM numbers? I thought it doesn't work.
It was a reference to a person who was charged $10 by a koodo rep to switch the plan from $40 6gb to 8gb
Koodo $50.00 8gb S9+
Virgin Mobile $40 6gb S8+
Public Mobile $38 5gb iPhone 8+

I'd be pissed knowing people paid nothing to get the plan updated and i had to pay $10. However it might have taken me a few more tries to get it. anyhow...
I did an existing plan change no $10

I was told 2nd bill. I signed up online, doesn't show 15$. Called in and they said it's pending.

Did you sign up online or in store?
I signed up in store, so yeah, maybe that's the difference?

So, I was on a $40/6GB plan and asked for them to switch me to either the $35/5GB plan or the $40/8GB plan with a preference for the $35 plan. After being told they would ask the support team, they told me they can't offer me the $35 plan and my 2 options are get a 10% discount on my current plan (so $36 for 6GB) or $40 for 8GB. I took the 10% discount as I use 4GB of data at most.

Unless someone who ordered online can post that they got the 15$ then from what I've seen those who signed up in store are getting it immediately and those who signed up online will have to wait till 2nd month. I wonder if they're verifying if people actually ported in.

I'd be interested in knowing as well!
They were on weekend

If you call in saying Walmart rep told you, they WILL add the 1000LD promo to lines order through webstore

Just be careful it is not real long distance, it is only country specific

I posted screen shot way back in this thread
The -$15 credit is immediate through webstore (and you get an email confirmation once it activates as well)

There's too many posts to sift through, you ordered online and got the -15$ on the very first bill?

My sim card did not come in the 5 business days as advertised. Now my PM plan is expiring and I'll have to put money in to keep it running for just a day or two. I talked to a Koodo rep and they said to go to a PM store and they can probably do something. My guess is that they will tell me to put money in for a month because, well why would they do something, it isn't their problem. Just super annoying on Koodo's part.

First, there is no PM store lol. Second, you can renew your account to the cheapest plan ($10) for the time being.

Could you downgrade your PM plan when it renews, so you don't have to spend so much?

Is this deal dead? I've been trying to sign up all day today and also yesterday and kept getting checkout errors, and now the site is rejecting my promo code.
It's now telling me "Oops! You've entered an invalid promo code too many times. Please wait 3 days and try again."
