I copied this from another post but forgot to credit who the member was so my apologies for that:

You can call Koodo's porting team instead ((844) 232-7678, 866-558-2273, (877) 868-3587), and these guy should help you getting your number working. They are not CSR.

Time is various sometimes right away sometimes 5 minutes an hour etc.

Thank you so much! The guy said the port was stuck and it was good that I called. Everything is good now. When I transferred from Koodo to PM in 2016 when everyone was doing it, the port also got stuck and I was without service for a few days. I guess my number is cursed (it only has 2 6's in a row, not 3......but the last two digits add up to 6, so.....)

Anyway, thanks!!!!!!!!!

Is the promo code or the validation code (your phone number) not working? If it's the promo code, try another browser or private mode and no spaces.

Got my invoice, and saw the $15 P2P Credit 12 months*.

Since I already have a line (line A) and added a line (line B) from PM migration, the $15 credit is applied on Line B. Now that Line A has been ported out and back to replace Line B, I will have to wait for next month to see if the $15 credit will stick.

Now the promo code works, but my PM phone number is showing as invalid. Ugh.

For those who aren't sure if you're still getting the $180 back, please be patient. The final confirmation email will come through once you've activated your account.

- I ordered 2 lines with my 2 PM #'s.
- Both orders were processed with the initial $180 showing with a credit of $15 off (for the next 12 months) in the cart and disappeared once it was processed (or in the final few steps of completing the order). Plan detail did not show $180 port in bonus.
- SIM cards finally arrived in 1 week time followed with the activation emails in the next 2 few days.
- Registered referral step.
- Activated both accounts.
- Ported #'s to both accounts (20 mins wait).
- Completed referral final steps.
- Received referral confirmation ($50....basically $10 credit for the next 5 months) next day.
- Finally received the $180 port in bonus (2 days after accounts were created).
