Did you port your PM number over to koodo? If not did they raise that issue?

Signed up for PM back in June, originally on the $35 1gb plan. Got the $45/8gb offer, took it and activated 9 days ago. Called in and asked to be switched to this one.
Nice. I'm in the situation as you.

Hold on with Koodo guys, wish me luck!! :D

I tried to get the $2GB/$0 add-on, customer service wouldn't do it.

Sorry this may be a bit off topic. But I got the $45 8gb plan on Monday and still don’t have access to the self serve options. How long does this usually take?

I ported over from PM to get the $45/8 plan. I still have my old 60/10 plan which my family member is taking over. If I successfully change my 45/8 into 40/8, I'm going to call back again today or tomorrow and tell them I have 2 lines and want the $10 off and +2GB addon that they are offering.

If all goes well I will have $40/10GB. I'm not holding my breath though. But I will definitely be persistent and keep on calling.

Has anyone switched from a $10 plan to a $40+ since this started and been eligible for this promotion?
Switched last night from the $10 plan.
Not eligible this afternoon.
Got the $10 plan 2 weeks ago.

I switched over way back in March when it was $40 6GB 100$ migration credit, anybody have any luck calling in and either getting plan changed to the current offers of $35 5GB or $40 8GB? Also did you try to get $80 difference in migration credit?

I have switched to Koodo from PM about a week ago, and still received this text. It looks my number still qualifies for this promo (even though it's not a PM number anymore).

But how can I make this deal work? Order another sim, make another self-serve account? Thanks!
Call and tell them you got a offer then email the screen shot to them, you will get a deal.

I just switched two lines to Public last month from Rogers for the $40 for 4.5GB of data plan. I tried to switch to the last promo, but I never received an email or a SIM card.

Both of my lines received this text message today. I'm switching.
Always looking for new deals on tech.

Just saw this thread...is it too late to get a public mobile plan and use the code listed in OP to make this work?

How did you get/keep the $0 2gb add on? Mine got removed when the plan was switched.

Amazing....I'm calling in the second time. Currently have $40/6gb....it'll be a miracle if I got what you have.....even 8gb I'd be happy.

I think we should not stress that 8GB plan is now $5 cheaper,

because we can all expect they will increase it to $50 in a year or less.
so $40 for 8GB will be a $10 increase
and $45 for 8GB will be a $5 increase

and then the year after will be another $10 increase, the future is friendly.
what about the $180 credit though? That's a factor.
