Both my spouse and I were able to get this offer with his one PM code. I used it online and ported my number over, while he was able to do it in stores with no questions asked. He was also able to get credit back for the activation fee.

So like last week I tried to switch over to this plan but decided against it last second. I went through the process of putting the promo code/my number/picking a plan but just backed out.

Now I'm trying to do it again and it's telling me my phone number has already been used. Anyone know what to do?

Time to visit a local Koodo store or Walmart.

Doubt it if he did it last week. I think the system kept his number from the original activation attempt, so it's best if he does it in-store.

OP, your poll is concentrated on above $39 plans. I know people who had the talk and text plan at $25 who got am offer for the same plan at Koodo for $20 and with $120 bill credit, making it $10 per month. This is not an exciting offer like $40/8GB. But there are customers who are minimalists.

Note also that referrals have never entered into the migration offer equation. Rewards may be a reason for people to stay instead of leaving. At the end of the day, this is like a game of chance. Past performance is not necessarily an indication of future results. In the mean time, it's best to get a plan that will be used instead of sitting dormant.

Agree. It is like picking a mutual fund to invest. Past performance is not guaranteed. If people want to spend over $39/m to win the lottery, you may as well buy one for $50 from BST.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Koodo $25 plan, Public Mobile $37 5GB, $13 250MB, $7 50min/50text,

There's a chance Telus may never want to give out 5gb for $35 ever again so if anybody is selling eligible numbers.... it should be $200 per number.Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes

Oh, and entitled people who are asking for free eligible numbers.... LOL
