Not much. You can only switch from the $45/8G to this if:

1. your number is still in PM and got the text message today
2. you got the $45/8GB sim card but not yet activate it

I think some people who activated their card very recently (like 1 or 2 days top) but still yet to port their PM number might got lucky and got the new plan (or been offered for 1~2GB for dirt cheap on top of their $45 plan).

How’s about the name on the refer form please? Should I enter a different name or same name with my current account with different email address? Thank you

lets say if i got open a PM # tomorrow , will i have to chance to get my # in this promo list ? or do i need to wait for next promo since probably this promo list # are already filled/set.

and is the requirement for which PM we need to get for this promo? or can we choose the cheapest one? I heard we need at least $40 plan from PM to have chance for this koodo promo.. not sure how accurate is that.

So if I go in tomorrow and tell them that code, they will switch my current Koodo plan to 40 for 8gb + 2gb bonus? 40 for 10gb is a crazy deal if the thread summary is correct
2GB bonus just apply for Plans over $50 only

Its YMMV, but there have been people with $45/8GB plans getting 2GB addon.

Maybe you can go to Walmart tomorrow and give it a go and let us know? I have 2 lines on my Koodo account and could add another line and port one of the line to prepaid then back if I need to.
Where did you search? Was in this thread? I tried searching for the code but nothing came up

Can you port a number from koodo postpaid to koodo postpaid?

I've got a friend who doesn't want to use his offer, said I could use his phone number to get it. Already on koodo, so trying to figure out how to keep my number and take advantage of it. Also trying to figure out how to activate two lines on the same deal :)

koodo-35-5gb-40-8gb-public-mobile-migra ... #p29735559

EDIT: Nevermind, I re-read the post and it is an add-on. Basically if we are Koodo customers, we will not be able to get this migration plan UNLESS we switch from PM (and add a new line to our Koodo account), then Walmart can use that code to add 2GB for free to make it 10GB for $40.

But what I will do is to gamble on activating a new PM line in London Drugs with a $40 plan and hope in 90 days there will be another migration offer.

I am on Zoomer and I prefer to stay on Rogers because of better indoor coverage, but what Rogers (and their other subs) are quite crappy comparing to this.

My wife and I had signed up for the $40 4.5GB plan from PM on July 22, swapped to the 5GB deal tonight. Only took about 10-15 minutes after the rep at wow mobile started the transfer.
* wow is doing their waved activation fee and free sim promo so seemed like a good deal all together

I had it with the $45/8gb plan but it went away when I switched to $40/8gb today.

No you can't port from the same carrier source. The simplest would be to maybe port to Public Mobile and back.

I think it may be worthwhile to consider getting the Huawei P20 Pro if switching over.
It costs $340 upfront with medium tab of $360. Which = $700 for cost of phone. Good value
Or resale value of P20 Pro seems to be around $850 as per Craigslist right now.

Looking to go to WM tomorrow to try to work a deal with the 5GB plan + a $0 phone + GC + bill credit (is this possible?) + referral credit.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the referral credit, if I do find a referer?

Better option is to get it from WOW or Walmart with the GC right? Can stack with the GC .
