I don't understand why they have to treat their previous customers like crap when it comes to newer promos. It's not going to hurt them at all if they offer the 6GB/$40 customers the same plan or upgrade them for free. I mean they are already offering the plan for a reason. So their reluctance makes no sense at all.
I was on hold at the start for a whole hour then when I finally got the first rep she had absolutely no idea the plan existed until I told her about it. Once she found the plan she gave all the nonsense like "oh you already got the deal before", "no way I can change anything now", "this is a special offer for new customers only (and loyalty means jack shit)". So I asked to get transferred to a supervisor, while on hold though she came back (which was odd I thought I was already in-line for the transfer) and told me she has to end the call because they are closing. So I'm going to call back in the morning, tell them whats good.
