[Koodo] $40 - 10GB Unlimited Canada-wide calling/Int. texting for 24 months, in store only YMMV

$10 discount for 24 months off Koodo $50 10GB Plan
LtE 4G Data + Unlimited Canada-wide calling + Unlimited International messaging + BYOD +
Free 1000 min International LD Add-on (AUS UK, GER, CHN, HK, IND, S. KOR)

$50 one-time connection fees waived (rebated in first 1-2 month bill)
Free activation and SIM card.

Also can stack with $5 off for 5 month referral credit.

Total saving of ($10 x 24) + ($5 x 5) = $265 over 2 years.

Deal is confirmed via phone to store located in Richmond, BC. Also posted at front of store.

New customer only. I am not sure if there is any further multi-line discount.

Similar to this previous post, but $40 for 2 years instead of $35 for 1st year and $45 for 2nd year.

YMMV. Some stores I called only want to give $10 off for 12 month, while other insists on charging extra one time store "activation" fee of up to $45.

Update:

Please be kind. Don't shoot the messenger if you like to encourage newbie like me to contribute to the forum instead of just leaching.

Koodo, like most providers, has its pluses and minuses. Please judge this post on its own merit and not whether you like or dislike Koodo.

If you go or phone the Telus/Koodo store at Lansdowne Mall. Richmond. BC you will absolutely get this deal but nobody except Koodo know when it might go away. The store has a sign up front about the deal so no secret handshake is required. I am sure you can get the same deal from a motivated rep at other stores as well, at least in BC.

You can't compare this new customer deal to winback deals, they target different customers.

Thank you!

I'm sick of the big 3 and their sub companies playing games and give timed deals just to lure customers

Hoping this deal or similar is still on for black Friday's deals with a phone. That's what I'm waiting out for (unless the pixel 6 really is that great)

Wrong. Been a customer since 2008, never been charged for changes made over the phone. I have 6 lines with them and call in every 6 months to make sure everything is fine. Changed all 6 lines, by phone, within the last 4 months.

(I only said “wrong” back as you are being so aggressive. If you got charged and no one else has, thats on you)

Virgin is not advertising this deal any where but if you go to their store they’ll offer you. I was with virgin and to get this deal I move to chatr prepaid and in 2 hrs I joined back to virgin with this deal. I got it at Scarborough town center mall and they also give me 2 jbl 110 earbuds for free.
