Just received this text from Koodo. Good deal for those who missed out on this plan and are looking to upgrade

This is good, though FYI the tab promos for this plan were pretty great about a month ago. I know you can't go back in time but it may be worth it to wait for an aggressive tab plus gift card combo that pop up at least twice a year.
Koodo $60 10gb/unlimited plan - Tab eligible

For clarity, it's $75 total per month including the typical $15 monthly Medium Tab fee. Can you BYOD at $60 flat?

It's only $75/month if you get a phone on the Medium Tab. If you don't, then it's $60/month.

Rogers and Bell recently increased the price of the coveted $60/10GB BYOD holiday plan from 2017, with Telus being the lone holdout.

But that has changed, as the Burnaby-based company has started notifying customers of a $10 price increase starting in April, taking it to $70/10GB. Rogers and Bell are only increasing their prices by $5 per month.

According to a letter seen by iPhone in Canada, Telus says “we’re writing to inform you that your monthly service charge for the promotional $60/10GB wireless plan(s) on your account, will be increasing by $10. This monthly increase will be reflected on your April bill.”
Koodo may soon be one of the few still offering a true $60/10GB. Historically they aren't known for jacking up their plan pricing so... take that with what you may.

Isn’t Telus jacking up their prices $10 per month on this plan next month? Bait and switch. Typical.

So it’s Bhell, Robbers, what do you call TELUS?

I've had 2 x $48 Manitoba 5GB Unlimited plans for 2+ years now with no changes from Koodo. Ported 416 numbers to them, have bought a couple of phones on Tabs, got them to apply a $25 x 6 month bill credit which was 'suggested' as being part of a recent refurb iPhone 8 purchase with calls to customer service. No rate increases, no comments on my MB plan with Toronto numbers.

They don't care. It's about Subscriber counts and overall wireless ARPU growth. They're doing fine.

Buy the Google Pixel 2 XL on tab M, and sell it at cost ($407 to be exact). Once the tab is paid, you are essentially on BYOD plan.

Telus owns koodo though so it's likely koodo will get price increase too.
