I know. They had already told me that the discount would not be applied until the second bill. I had gotten the text confirming my discount is active yesterday. So i trust them. Any issues next bill and ill call them asap

7 days after getting a message from Koodo that they might take up to 10 days to get back me ( which also came 4 days after I completed the “form”) I was finally switched over to this plan.

Friend finally was able to reach Koodo today even though I kept telling them to keep Calling after the 19th. They told her no and she refused to try another company.

Does anyone have difficulty getting a replacement SIM from koodo kiosks? I've been having some connectivity issues and the tech on the phone said to get a replacement, but the koodo kiosk people were reluctant to do so

Shouldn't be, unless you're asking for a free one. They'll sell you as many as you want.

Call Koodo to give you $15 bill credit to offset the cost of getting a new SIM. Ask Koodo CSR to review your file on the tech support call.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.

Anyone who got this plan and were able to get a device on medium tab online during that brief window unable to pay off their tabs now? Its been over 90 days. Note: I do have an OOP number if that's a factor at all.

To everyone who is on this plan - the website appears to be allowing Tab Medium orders without changing plans. I just ordered an LG G6 for $0 + $15/month, and just received the shipping notification. Not sure if it will allow other tab sizes.

Just curious when you placed the order. I did mine on the 9th and haven't received anything yet, but their website says they're busy and may take 7-10 business days to process.

I only ordered on Monday the 14th, and it is already schedule for delivery today by Canada Post! Probably worth it for you to follow up with them at this point.
