i just saw my new agreement "If the customer cancels their service or if Koodo cancels the service for reasons justified by the Service Terms, any Tab balance plus
the phone credit balance becomes due and payable"

So I ordered online Friday night but did not get the confirmation email till Saturday (24th). Then I received the phone Tuesday (27th). I haven’t put the SIM card in yet. Does anyone know if I’m safe to cancel without paying full pop for the phone?

For anyone still subscribed to this thread, there have been some updates posted by reliable folks in other Koodo threads, just an FYI:
