Not bad I just did the $52 for 12gb and a new phone x2 for me and my mother. I'm happy with that deal I honestly never used the 6GB I had before. But 8GB more for $5 is easily as hot deal for those who use more data.

It says for new subscribers only, has anyone been able to upgrade their existing plan to this? When I try online it makes me add a new phone to do it.

the xs max are $24 bucks over 2 years - if i pay the $24 off immediately, is there still a cancellation if i leave down the road within the next 2 years?

I had no luck either, though I have scheduled callback to ask in person

man retention rep i spoke to this morning was only able to get me onto $60 20gb. i had a $10 monthly credit from last year good for 1 more year... which brought it down to $50.. but i think i'll switch to this since I see it on self serve also...

Retentions offered me the $60 20gb plan in early October. They also offered me $10 off, which was on my last bill.

It wasn't on my bill for this month, so I called and asked - it was literally $10 off, not $10 per month.

I noticed these new deals say " Shock-Free data at 4G LTE speed" whereas my current plan just says "Shock-free Data", it doesn't mention anything about only being 4g. I wonder if these new plans will limit you to just 4G but existing plans that do not have that language worded in will get 5G?

Koodo, Fido, and Virgin has always been 4G LTE only. Telus, Bell, and Rogers are reserving 5G for the premium brand for now.
I spend too much time on this site
