My friend wants the Koodo one. Is it online? I did the 50gb one earlier.

Pretty sure it is in-store/kiosk only.

Does anyone know if I moved to Koodo last week (and I seriously regret) and want to move to Virgin, will it cause any issues?

Nice, I'll probably port into Koodo. Does anyone know when these deals will expire?

Edit: Thanks EducatorDave for the info of the deals being available over the weekend. I actually went with Virgin in the end.

Does anyone know what these plans are supposed to climb back up to after the 24 months?

Also, is it month to month with no contract (commitment)?

Usually $50 or $55. It's not a contract, it's a monthly bill credit, if you cancel, the credit just disappears.

It will go back to $55 month after the 24 months (or 15 for V or F) and no contract. It is month to month as it is BYOD.

I'm trying to get this on Koodo (current customer) by threatening to port away, but can't reach an agent. Dull. I don't want to have to switch as I don't want to give up call control, it's a game changer.

Each postpaid line activation involves a hard hit on your credit. Other than that the cartel doesn’t care if you hop back and forth.

You’re just helping them boost activation numbers for their shareholders which is what they want. Nothing else to it.

Koodo's online chat bot refuses to connect you to an agent too. It's frustrating.

Debating switching. I am currently at 13GB and $40 a month, but it's permanent and not just for 24 months or less. A bit worried when the time comes again to switch, that base rates will go higher than what I'm paying now.

EDIT Nov27: **** it, I switched. Call retention / loyalty number to ask for a better deal, and they wouldn't budge without a new activation. Got the $30 / 20 GB for 15 months with Fido. Time to play the game every year.

Just came back from the mall in St-Jerome.
All of the carriers were advertising these deals. So they are available in Quebec. BUT… system was overloaded at Koodo so my order couldn’t be processed. Going back tomorrow. Clerk was pretty certain deals would remain throughout the weekend.

Good Luck!

I'm on the phone with Fido over 2 hours this morning, the rep said the "best deal" he can offer me is $30 for 5GB. He said $30 or $35 for 20GB is not available in Quebec. Crying Face
