I'm on the $40 5GB with 6GB free add on. Pretty nice, but whenever I call in to go get a new phone it either has to be a small, mid tab etc. My plan doesn't qualify as either because it's the old PM plan, so all the reps say that they cannot guarantee that the system will allow me to keep the free add-on. It positively SUCKS, since they have good phone deals from time to time, so I wish Koodo addressed this loophole in their own system.

I got all the promos in my account.
Was on the 10gb/$60 for so long. I just switched my plan without having to add a tab or get a new phone.
now on the 20gb/60$

Only plans I'm seeing on my account are worse than that one I have. Already on a decent plan, paying $38 with an EPP discount down from $45 for 6GB. Ideally I would like to be bringing the cost down to ~$30 somehow.

Thanks OP. Found the offers for me. Was looking at the star icon promos but I’m BYOD and those offers required a tab. Don’t need a tab for these.

Yes they sent an email informing about this change a little while ago.

Email is their only way to directly contact you, keep an eye on it if you're worried about any service changes.

I see the $50 with 12 GB and $55 with 16 GB.

Has anyone here followed through with the change? I want to make sure I don't lose my grandfathered internatonal add-ons. When I select one of the "Exckusive for you" plans and the click "Swiitch to this plan", what is the next step? Does it show all changes to add-ons, or does it simply complete the plan change?

You will lose your ad-ons if you do it yourself. It's better to have them change your plan and keep all your ad-ons

Thank you. I organised for a callback but was told that they don't have the option any more to keep add-ons which are not longer offered. Is that a case for HUCA? Or to ask to speak to the second line?

Or is Koodo making the offer in order to make me delete my add-ons?
