Was with Koodo 7 years, had $60/10gb, then my 12 month $5/month discount expired and they told me to call in when it expires to have it reapplied. Called in and was told there was no such note on my file.

I called back 4 times to find a good rep, talked to retentions, finally said hell with it and left.

They called me two weeks later begging me to come back and offered me this promo that OP mentioned.

I explained 10GB is more than enough, I was $5off or give me $45/5GB they told me $55 for 5Gb. I politely declined.

Plus they got rid of the sweet phone loophole Aug 25.

Honestly, Koodo had the best service, great reception, great everything, so I really can't figure out where things went to hell? It's like a shitty marriage...don't know when we stopped loving each other. 🤫


Kidding aside, F Koodo, and hello Fido!

Good for everyone who is happy with 14gb $60, that's a solid plan if you actually use the data. I'd rather save $5/monthly or more since I only use 5GB.

- customer for 6+ months
- can't be currently on TAB
- willing to pay the $10 processing fee.

I can keep the 10% off discount for multi-line discount (which expires on Nov 12th).

I'm on $40/8gb, I'd gladly jump on $60/15gb, but not $60/12gb
