I switched from my $60 for 10GB + 2GB Bonus (no expiry) to the $60 for 12GB + 2GB Bonus (no expiry) which is taking effect by the weekend during my billing cycle change.

I also managed to snag $5 off per line for 8 mths, in lieu of the 10% multi-line discount that disappeared & a $125 credit towards a phone on Medium Tab.

Rep never mentioned the $10 fee.
For those that have the +2gb add-on, was it difficult to request for this? Or perhaps a minimum threshold to meet?
I have been attempting to request for this on my $40/6gb plan (since the previous +2gb add-on they offered me expired in AUG 2019) but have been repeatedly met with no success.

I was able to switch my 2nd line over to $60/12gb from $60/10gb without issue. They did not waive the $10 fee.

I can't seem to find more information on the multi-line discount any more. Do they still give out 10% off for multiple lines?

Doubt it. Probably still worth a call though.

At this point, I'm tempted to just go back to Fido after 8 years with Koodo. Having to call and beg for 2GB of data, and then charged $10 for something you can only get by calling in?

They evidently seem to care 0 nowadays about retaining customers.

I left Koodo three weeks ago and went to Freedom mobile, then switched to Fido.

Was with Koodo 7 years, had $60/10gb, then my 12 month $5/month discount expired and they told me to call in when it expires to have it reapplied. Called in and was told there was no such note on my file.

I called back 4 times to find a good rep, talked to retentions, finally said hell with it and left.

They called me two weeks later begging me to come back and offered me this promo that OP mentioned.

I explained 10GB is more than enough, I was $5off or give me $45/5GB they told me $55 for 5Gb. I politely declined.

Plus they got rid of the sweet phone loophole Aug 25.

Honestly, Koodo had the best service, great reception, great everything, so I really can't figure out where things went to hell? It's like a shitty marriage...don't know when we stopped loving each other. Speak-no-evil Monkey🤫Face With Stuck-out Tongue And Winking Eye

Kidding aside, F Koodo, and hello Fido!

Good for everyone who is happy with 14gb $60, that's a solid plan if you actually use the data. I'd rather save $5/monthly or more since I only use 5GB.

Thank again OP

Am I misreading or is there actually a 14GB $60 plan? I know Fido has a $60/15GB and Koodo $60/12GB now.

What plan did you get with Fido if you don't mind me asking? $60/12GB is a pathetic response.

How is this a response? 12<15

Come on Koodo.

I'm on $40/8gb, I'd gladly jump on $60/15gb, but not $60/12gb

I'm on a medium tab, on a QC plan ($57/8gb) + 2gb bonus

I'm debating whether I should even bother calling in, and risk being removed from the qc plan (i'm in Toronto). This is a more favorable plan for me, especially if i get to keep the 2gb add on as I've hit my data limits 3x in the past 6 months.

Decisions, decisions, decisions....

I got the $60/12 plan with an outstanding tab medium balance.

A bit peeved that my rep didn’t waive the $10 plan change fee when so many others had it waived.

Very tempting....
Currently with Rogers, $76/10gb with tab balance of $180 until April 2020.
Should I just pay the balance and switch?

He stated the 3 conditions to obtain this plan are:
- customer for 6+ months
- can't be currently on TAB
- willing to pay the $10 processing fee.

I can keep the 10% off discount for multi-line discount (which expires on Nov 12th).
Not true. Got it on both lines with medium tab balances

It’s not a direct response but they allow you to keep your tab balance and this plan is small and medium tab eligible,
FIdo I believe doesn’t allow either of those things

Can add a line and port a number in to get this? Or has to be existing number? Thanks

Unless you have an existing line with Koodo you probably won't get this plan as a new customer
