My call's not looking good either, I am being "offered" $75 for 15gb.

Are the recent people getting it moving from a lower priced plan?

Are the recent people being rejected already paying $60 for 10gb?

Callback scheduled for 4:30PM EST. I'll report back with what happens. I'm on the $60/10GB plan right now.

I had the 60 for 10gb plan from 2 years ago, they gave me 12gb and $5 off next 6 months.

What's really criminal is that this happened in the last few years.
I still have my $45/6GB when Thunder Bay plans were a thing.
My overages on that are $5/GB.
How'd we double the price and lose an order of magnitude of data?

I did end up getting the $60 for 12GB plan but they charged me $10 for rate plan change fee.

I previously had the $60 / 10GB plan from last year.

They're such crooks... Why not just offer the same price to everyone instead of forcing people to call retentions? I've a good mind to switch back to Freedom.

Make sure you're speaking to retentions or a manager, the front line Guatamala staff aren't empowered to do anything.

I have a 6gb plan with Koodo that I want to keep. Can I transfer a line to Koodo and get this $60 plan for 12gb?

Thanks op, ended up calling koodo my callback was almost instant and just mentioned I was offered the Rogers and fido $60 15gb plan and they offered me the new plan right away for $60 12gb and I got to keep the 1gb add on previously. Pretty good considering how little effort that was!
