No. This is a targeted offer and they'll pull up your account and note your eligibility. Migration offers are a point-in-time thing, if you miss them you can't force your way through.

If you want to get a migration plan offer you can open an account with Lucky Mobile and just wait about 20-30 days you'll get an offer for sure take a look at this thread for more detail. Lucky to Virgin or Bell I think it's cheaper than PM to Koodo virgin-mobile-40-6gb-unl-talk-text-45-6 ... e-2312906/

You get a phone. If you want a new phone it's an okay deal depending on what phone is $0

No you don't. You get a phone for $0 up front, then your Tab for 24 months.

To disrupt rewards.

You refer friends and get $1/month off your bill. Refer, in this case to, 50 paying customers every month and you have a $0 bill to pay.

You also save $1/month per year you are a public mobile customer, so this plan would eventually be $45/month after 5 years and would not get any cheaper with additional loyalty.

Public mobile is prepaid and not eligable for any overage fees while Koodo is likely post paid and eligable for long distance or data roaming or data overages. Why it's targeted, improve ARPU

Guess it should be said that they are all the same company with the illusion of choice. Koodo and public mobile are owned by Telus.

Public Mobile $36 5GB, $12 250MB, 2x $6 50min/50text, Fido $5 4GB data only plan with a free tablet,
Zoomer $36 loyalty 4GB plan, $0 FPL home phone. Have a better and better day!
