Koodo one time bill credit after porting out

I had a terminated account (<90 days) with Koodo that I reactivated and I ported my number from Fido. Offer was for a 0 $ pixel 2 on tab large with an additional 100 $ one time bill credit. for "existing" customers.
I got an email confirmation from Koodo about the credit and when I called in for something else, they also confirmed that it should appear on my next billing statement.
Fido called to win me back with huge incentives and I said yes and I am porting back my number to Fido.
My question is : will I get my 100 $ bill credit regardless if service is terminated meanwhile ? I know gift cards are not clawed back for new customers but what about the one time bill credit ? I understand I will have to pay all the remaining balance and any prorated fees.
