I got this $25 unlimited minutes/text plan when I got my A50 on small tab at TMS couple weeks ago.
It is a Koodo promo plan available only at the Koodo retail partners for a few weeks.
Today, a WM guy told me that the $25 small tab plan will be expired on Sunday July 21.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Koodo $25 plan, Public Mobile $37 5GB, $13 250MB, $7 50min/50text,
Zoomer loyalty family plan for 3 lines $95/6GB, $0 FPL home phone

Maybe a dumb question as I’ve never delt with Koodo. After you get this plan can they ever change the price let’s say in a year or two? Or will the plan stay the same unless you upgrade .

I think they can, as can all carriers, but they aren't known to do so. Koodo probably has one of the better reputations when it comes to not raising prices.

My mom has been on the $35/month - 500mins Canada wide & unlimited text plan with Koodo for over a year now (no data).
Called in to get her switched to this plan. The initial rep. refused saying she can't do it so we got transferred to a supervisor who was resistant but eventually did it when we said "you treat your new customers better than the existing ones?"
This plan is clearly better than the previous one. They should really let existing customers get promo plans. Glad it worked out.

FYI: This is a BYOP plan. Not sure why the thread title has "small tab" in it.
Koodo: 6GB data, Canada Wide Calling, Unlimited Text Messages, 1000 LD Mins to select countries = $50/month (-$5/month discount for 24 months, then $55/month)

No, the title is correct. It's small tab or BYOD.

Koodo was the only one out of everyone else (Telus, Rogers, Virgin Mobile, Bell, Fido) that didn't raise their $60 10GB 2017 plan. So I'd say you're safe as long as you don't upgrade.

This plan is perfect for me, $25 + $15 10GB add-on = $40 10GB, not bad!

So I noticed Koodo has this deal on til. Sunday for Small Tab..not too shabby
Hmmm . Interesting in conjunction with $14/10GB Koodo data offer. I have both this plan, and offer on another plan.

Can one combine the two? This would make it awesome $39/10GB all-in-one plan..

Unknowns:

1) can this plan receive data offer?
2) can one downgrade your current plan (with data offer) to this plan? Would data offer survive downgrading?
3) Are this plan (and data offer) time unilimited, or for 1 - 2 years

TIA if anyone has experience either online or with an agent...

What is the correct process if you want to end up with unlimited CDN call and text and 10GIG for $39.00?

Do I switch my plan to BYOD for $25.00 unlimited CDN call and text with no data and then add on the data promo?

Or if I switch my plan to BYOD will I no longer be eligible for the data promo add on and then screw myself.

True about the pricing. As I have come to learn, Koodo is ruthless with manipulating the terms for their tab. Because it is not written anywhere, they can and do make changes at will and without notice. This plan could lose the small team eligibility and you would not even know it.
Koodo $40/6GB
Public Mobile 2016 fall promo, $23/1GB, $38/5GB
Fido $0.00/3GB+tablet
Tangerine Bank
