Friends don't let friends miss out on $50.

For a limited time, get double the bill credits when you refer a friend to Koodo.

Hurry, offer ends May 10, 2018! Just make sure they redeem their offer before activating with Koodo.

Just FYI their activation fee is now $30 for every new line or upgrade starting yesterday. Online offers are never as good as in store deals (essential phone may be only ever exception - however this is online only model)

Wow Mobile is also charging this activation fee too? Or only at Koodo stores?

Any in-store activation. It's only waived for online activations.

I wouldn't be surprised if Wow/Walmart/TMS start bumping all their own bonuses (gift cards, etc) by $30 to offset the in-store activation fee.

After Koodo raised SIM card from $10 to $15, my local TMS guy gave me $5 discount on SIM card. I may get $15 discount on connection fee from my TMS guy. YMMV Just thinking out loud.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Public Mobile $36 5GB, $12 250MB, 2x $7 50min/50text, Fido $5 4GB data only plan with a free tablet,
Zoomer $36 loyalty 4GB plan, $0 FPL home phone. Have a better and better day!

I know best buy has the essential phone in store. And they are giving a free ue bluetooth speaker with it as well.
