[Koodo] S10 512GB with 1$ trade in [718$]

I know this is yet another thread on this phone but I think this one is even hotter.

Koodo S10 512GB on LARGE tab is currently 400$. If you trade in a phone worth 1$ they give you 200$ off.
Port out or cancel the same day. 400 - 200 + 480 + 35(activation) + 3(service) = 718 + tax

Looks like it has to be done in-store (trade in). You can also try to waive the activation fee since they aren't charging it online.

Do they give you the $200 upfront or on a bill credit?

Sales must be pretty rough, I wonder if it will go even lower? This usually happens when there is too much stock of a new device.

Excellent question
edit: from koodo
"There’s no cash value for a trade-in phone. The in-store credit we give you must be used at the time of trade-in towards buying a new phone and accessories."

I haven't personally gone in store yet. I'm trying to hold back knowing prices should continue to drop in the next 6 months. #firstworldproblems

12 days north of Hop…
Noticing the same on the S10+ as well, same price between the 128 and 512.

If the S10e comes down to Small/Medium levels... it's a heck fo a deal.

The REAL DEAL is the S10+ 512gig... it's the same price as the S10+ 128gig (Save 600 instead of Save 400 up front).

edit **** the 512 s10+ is only available online and the trade-in offer is only available in store :(

Hot for a buy and cancel strategy. Without activation fee, it's sub-$699.

Those of you continually waiting, I say, don't let the world pass you by.

There's so much I rely on my S10+ for everyday, that I'm glad I didn't wait too long for mine.

With Best Buy, you can get a $360 trade in credit instead of the $200

That can't be right... would that bring the price down to $558ish with cancellation?

Let's see folks get a good workout trying to lock in that price at BestBuy today.

will they price match the koodo website but uphold their own trade in? this would be the best of two worlds!

BestBuy is open, let's hope they don't stock out of the S10 512gb before long.

Wow, almost want to get second phone lol.
So s10+ 512GB = $400(In store price when choosing tab large)-360(Best Buy Trade-in)+$35(Activation)+$480(Tab Large that needs to be paid off) =~$555+tax and 1 day of service

As a former retail manager, I would say no. I would say "choose our deal, or their deal" but you never know. It's unlikely tho.

Damn, was planning on holding out for a Pixel 4 XL, but this deal is pretty sick.
