Original plan: $40 9GB (4GB + $0 5GB add-on)

Spoke with loyalty dept and I told them I got a winback offer from Virgin for $45 25GB and $400 device credit

Koodo offered the following:
- $0 6GB add-on (came from 2 add-ons: 4GB & 2GB)
- $5 billing credit for 24 months
- up to $100 device credit ($50 basic tab, $75 medium tab, $100 plus tab)

Just be advised if going with tab basic, most of Koodo’s phones are marked up by $40 to $50 than normal retail price.

When I was with Virgin, they kept increasing the price by $5 every year. So far, Koodo never increase the price. Also, for me, $35 for 15GB is good enough for the next 2 years

They already increased the price of my $15/10GB data addon by $5... many DPs on this. So yeah I'd be careful.

I called Koodo and would not let me keep my 35 dollar with add on 9GB plan if I wanted to upgrade my phone..was thinking of switching to Costco fido deal..

iPhone in Canada site is lame.
They just put an alert here, do a write up on their crap website, and get click gallore traffic.

This is a standard offer from loyalty. The deal sounds great but loyalty will only offer you the reductions. So if you're paying $50 for 6gb you'll get 12gb for $45. The title is a little misleading but overall a good post.

I have $40/11GB from my $45/5GB plan. I got $150 off my cpo note 20 ultra and the $5/monthly discount and the free 6gb increase. This was about 8 months ago. Seems like loyalty still has the same basic offer going.

Call 611 its gonna say to make a payment press 3
Then its gonna say to report a payment press 3 ,later its gonna ask you to enter your pin number multiple times just ignore that and its gonna transfer you to an actual human where you can say i wanna talk to loyalty and retention

Loyalty would not even give me that 4-5 months ago when I tried.
They wanted me to move from $40 to $50 to get any phone.
