(YMMV) Koodo $120 / 12 mth bill credit for existing customers?

When I log into my Koodo account and navigate to Shop > Phones > Deals, I see several phones (20 of them) with the note "Up to $120 bill credit". This includes the Pixel 3a/XL, Samsung Galaxy S10/e/+, Huawei P30 Pro, iPhone XR, and more.

At first I thought maybe this was the $120/12 month KOODOOFFER bill credit for $50+ plans; however, when I click into any of the phones and navigate to Small Tab (ie. Less than $50), I still see the offer (see screenshot, Pixel 3a used as example).

Note that I don't see this offer show up until I sign in and select my phone line.

Questions:
1) Does anyone else see this when they sign in to their Koodo account and click through to Shop > Phones > Deals?
2) RFDers, how do you interpret this? My interpretation is that this is a separate $120/12 month bill credit promotion for certain devices, ie. DIFFERENT from the $50+ plan KOODOOFFER. However, I called Koodo twice over the weekend and both reps insisted they only saw the $50+ plan as an available promotion on my account, and did not see what I was referring to.

Additional info:
- I am on the PM migration $40/8 GB plan with Koodo.

You're asking a question, not posting a deal. This $10 off 12 mo has been around ages and is not "hot" even if valid in your best case scenario.

I'm fairly certain it's the credit for the $50+ plans now. I know what you're referring to and called a couple of times too. This is what I see under my account during checkout, credit applies for $55 plan but not my current $40 nor the $45 plan, all under the small tab.

Though, you may get lucky and get a rep that's willing to apply it for you but completely YMMV.

That makes sense, but I just don't understand why the promotion still shows up when I click into "Small tab". Maybe I'm being narrow-minded but to me, that tells me "You can get this promotion when getting this phone on a small tab". It even says "Applicable on small tab"!

Is this offer applicable to phone purchase in bestbuy/walmart? Or is this online order only?

Yes, it's available on Tab S, as long as your plan is over $50. And they will give you the option to switch out your plan to a qualifying plan.

I argued the same thing with 2 reps saying it's misleading to the consumer since it doesn't say anywhere in the nitty gritty part that it needs to be on a $50+ small tab plan. If I was unaware of the $50+ requirement, I could've ordered a phone thinking I would get the credit only to be surprised later and find out my plan didn't qualify.

All they said was 'Sorry, we'll bring it up with our marketing team'

I just got the Pixel 3a with this promotion and I seen that the $10 credit applied on my bill I’m on the $35/5gb plan the migration from Public and it seemed to have worked. I’ll update you guys if it applies again on my next bill. The person I spoke to over the phone and through email said that even if it doesn’t apply they can manually adjust the credits on the back end.

I see this "$120 bill credit" tag on each device when I'm logged in.
Unlike the KOODOOFFER it's not tied to plan MRC (mine's $45), or tab size.
After 12mo x $10cr the Pixel 3a nets out to $240, iPhone SE to $120, for example.

(iPhone SE gets iOS 13)

I’m a bit confused as well as the OP. I am on $55 plan with 6gb. Looks like I can upgrade to a phone on small/med tab. And get $10 x 12?

As well this screenshot which means?
