Is number-1 laptop is good or number-2 laptop? If I have to decide in between these two

GO for #2, it has a faster cpu and an SSD hard drive which will me MUCH faster the nthe regular 1tb on the Dell computer.

Definitely number 2, just upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

You can’t run Windows 11 on the Dell. CPU doesn’t meet the requirements

If you put portability and battery life aside - then cheapest $750 "gaming" laptop is the best $ for performance ratio
