Never heard of this retailer before. How do they deal with warranty claims, returns, refunds, exchanges, etc.?

Good business practice? Ethics?

They are a liquidator, so they have a 7 day refund/exchange policy. After that it's between you and the manufacturer.
Before this I've only bought pantry/household goods there, so never needed to return anything.
The Ryzen, and AIO I bought were in brand new box condition (i.e. no rips, dents, scratched on the packaging). Buying OEM computer equipment my whole life, I've never been bothered with retail policies, and have only ever had to RMA a hard drive and a video card in almost 20 years, so considering they are half the price of Amazon, I think the risk/reward value is worth it.

Yeah, Same for local delivery (they use Canpar), but still works out cheaper than any competitor, especially if you buy more stuff.
hot deal if you're close to a store (GTA, Bradford, Innisfil), drops to slightly above room temperature with shipping.

Low budget water cooling is a dangerous game.

saving $40 on a cooler could soak $1400 worth of gear.

I'd either go for something higher quality, or just stick to air at this price point.

Coolermaster AIO’s are known for failure and leaking too.

I'm just guessing, but it might be worth the trip if you're close by.
They ship from the store, but not everything in the store is also online.
They are behind the Cashier if the online stock is separate from the store stock.
