Cheapest lamp fuel I've found for a 4L is at Home Hardware.
Should last about 300-500 hours depending on brightness.

The lanterns arrived today and they're extremely nice. They don't feel cheap and the mechanisms work much better than the random brands you find on ebay or Amazon.

Can't complain for $9.99 each.

That's a great price. I use Dietz No. 80s from Lee Valley (under $30 on sale) since I know they're a well proven brand and I actually use them functionally rather than a novelty.

I'd like to upgrade to some Feuerhand lanterns but their pretty expensive at most Canadian distributors.
