These are usually $17-20 at the cheapest. This particular one is green and has the store name printed on it. Includes knife, scissors, nail file, small flat screwdriver, tweezers, and toothpick.

Amazon has a translucent blue one for $18. If you don't mind used, these come cheap on eBay from TSA airport confiscations.

They used to be very cheap at the YVR Thrift store when it was still open. If I remember correctly, I got 15 similar sized ones for $25 once. Unfortunately, YVR no longer has a thrift store but anyone near an airport should check to see if their local airport has a thrift store or sell their confiscated items! There are good deals to be had.
