I've never posted before, but I just saw this and just too hot.

Mobile shop has the IP5S on Koodo for 0$ right now, and Walmart has a 150$ GC still on the IPhone 5S for Koodo on a Tab plan. ( I just called and to confrim the 150$ GC was still on ).

So meaning you can go PM the IP5S for Koodo at Walmart for 0$ and still get the 150$ GC!

So a 360$ Tab - 150$ GC...... Super hot

I think its only for new activations only thought because the pricing at the mobile shop is for new activation only.

at 200 or so for the 5s I would pick it any day over 6 as none of feature in 6 worth the extra dollars

I would say so but then it becomes a iOS vs Android thing. I would imaging this thing has better after market value(say selling it in 12 months).

koodo allows you to cancel but not sure if it would add back the GC in the final invoice. And they only would unlock after 3 months though I assume there is 3rd party unlock for similar price ?

they loan you 360 which you repay over time(each month). when you cancel, you pay the balance.

So 360 less the 150 gift card (only if they agree to it) + the 3 months of the plan you sign up on + taxes. I read somewhere that you cannot cancel before 3 months. I could be wrong.

no idea about walmart. all koodo is like that. if it said '0', it usually means there is a tab which is the true price of the phone + all those hassles to cancel/unlock/tax etc.
