It was directly from the email (minus the advertising referral stuff).

But if you're not trusting me/the newbie account, I did google the URL and found this old thread:

Thanks OP. Had to try a few different answers in the first few questions to get it to continue so I could enter my AM number, but other than that, easy 20 points.
