[LCBO] Ont - LCBO - Coffee Liqueur $23.10

If, like me, you like a shot of coffee liqueur in your java but find things like Kahlua too sweet I highly recommend Barista which was just discontinued by the LCBO, dropping the price from $30 to $23 a bottle. Lots of stock around.

"Barista is a coffee liqueur made with Kona coffee, dark chocolate and Caribbean rum. It pours a deep brown colour, and has aromas and flavours of freshly-brewed coffee and dark chocolate. It has a silky smooth texture, and it has a balanced, moderate level of sweetness; use in your favourite coffee-inspired cocktails."

Might be a dumb question, but is there any actual dairy in this?

No, it's not a cream liqueur.

Abuelo con cafe rica...Equal parts aged amber rum and coffee liqueur on ice. Fantastic aperitif.

I also suggest Kavi Reserve, it is a blend of good coffee, rye whisky and sweet. You can use it in coffee or drink it neat as dessert liqueur.

More importantly support a local young woman's dream, she is very passionate about whisky. I don't know her but I am lucky enough to met her once.

Has anyone who has had Cafe Patron tried this as well?
Also, what is the approximate best before you noticed for this liquor?

Cafe Patron is 35% and this is 23%, so this would have a lot less alcohol bite, this also has sugar where it seems cafe patron does not. If you are looking for a frugal alternative why not try making some, mix tequila with some cold brew and you will probably get pretty close.
