The Pepsi is on for $2.49 (last page of the flyer) plus there's a coupon for $1 off when you buy two, so: 2 x $2.49 - 1.00 = $3.98. That's good enough to be an east pop deal.
The shave gel deal is on page 2.

Degree anti-perspirant $2.69 after coupon. Says 48g/76g but the tag in store for the 48g was $1.99 ($1.69 after coupon). Didn't notice any sale tag on the 76g, but it may be $1.69 as well. I'll probably be going back tomorrow for more pop (there wasn't much on the shelf so I only got 2) so I'll check.
